AEK played in the 2013-2014 season in the Third National Divison, in the most difficult moment of its history. The team had been relegated from the Super League to the 2nd division last year, but the management decided to participate in the 3rd division in order to write off the huge debts that existed.

With coach Traianos Dellas, AEK comfortably won the first place in the 6th group of the Third National. The following season AEK won the Football League championship just as comfortably and so in the 2015-2016 season he returned to the first division.

Despite the adventure in the Third National, AEK in collaboration with puma wore a very beautiful jersey. In the amateur categories, there are no names on the shirts of the teams and so in the back of the shirt there was the sponsor Fujitsu and below the number of each player.

Η ΑΕΚ αγωνίστηκε τη σεζόν 2013-2014 στην Γ Εθνική, στην πιο δύσκολη στιγμή της ιστορίας της. Η Ένωση την προηγούμενη χρονιά είχε υποβιβαστεί αγωνιστικά από την Super League στη 2^η κατηγορία αλλά οι διοίκηση αποφάσισε τη συμμετοχή στην 3^η κατηγορία ώστε να γίνει διαγραφή των υπέρογκων χρεών που υπήρχαν.

Με προπονητή τον Τραϊανό Δέλλα η ΑΕΚ κέρδισε με άνεση την πρώτη θέση στον 6^ο όμιλο της Γ Εθνικής. Την επόμενη σεζόν κατέκτησε εξίσου άνετα το πρωτάθλημα της Football League και έτσι τη σεζόν 2015-2016 επέστρεψε στην πρώτη κατηγορία.

Παρά την περιπέτεια στη Γ Εθνική η ΑΕΚ σε συνεργασία με την puma φόρεσε μια πολύ όμορφη φανέλα. Στις ερασιτεχνικές κατηγορίες δεν αναγράφονται ονόματα στις φανέλες των ομάδων και έτσι στο πίσω μέρος της εμφάνισης υπήρχε ο χορηγός Fujitsu και από κάτω ο αριθμός του κάθε παίκτη.
