In 2019, Borussia Dortmund turned 110 years old. The team celebrated this birthday with a spectacular anniversary black jersey. The badge, the puma logo, the chest and sleeve sponsors and the Bundesliga badge on the other sleeve were black so that the look would have no color other than black. It worn on December 9, the day of the team's birthday, against Fortuna Düsseldorf. Dortmund won easily 5-0.
